Bye Bye 2009!!

HI everybody,

Finally i gave net connection to my laptop. So hereafter i will update the blog regularly. And the year 2009 ends, here i am listing my happy,sad,exciting moments that i came across in 2009.

Jan 2009
* I was very disappointed in the beginning of the year itself. I'm unable to go YAM(Young Alumni Meet) in my college. Previously i even booked tickets when i was in chennai. But after coming to Mumbai, i couldn't attend that. I was talking to my friends in phone the whole day missing NMB coffee the most
*Then Pongal, i donno when i celebrated Pongal last. so that is not a big deal.

Feb 2009
* Released from the Project, in bench in Mumbai. Visited many places in Mumbai. The most enjoyed days in Mumbai.
*Feb 25 - The Most shocking,sad day of the year. My friend commited suicide because of he is fired from his company.

March 2009
*Started IAS Preparation. Really started IAS preparation.Please believe it. Everyone teased me in office calling me as a 'collector'.
*At March end, entered into my current team.

April 2009
*Stopped IAS preparation. Now everyone will believe, no need to say it again ah!.

May 2009
*May 27 - My birthday.I think it is the only birthday where i didn't even give a 50 paise chocolate to no one. If my birthday comes in month end, is it my mistake?

June 2009
*June 25 - completed one year in TCS. What i learned in this one year?. For this question, i will answer next year.

July 2009
* Dance performance in 'Family day' Function, Ok don't get angry. It might be Dance or exercise, anyhow i performed.

August 2009
*Black Friday - the most unforgettable friday in my life. Little Adventurous!

September 2009
*Went on leave. Unforgettable flight journey to banglore. When i get down in Bangalore, i had only 3 rupees in my purse. How dare i am?
*Bought Laptop & external harddisk. Watched several movies and started blogging about those movies.

October 2009
* Got 'Insane of the month' Award for my achievement of using gmail in office. No no for getting caught after using gmail.

November 2009
*Diwali - Little celebration in friends room along with 2 dinners.

December 2009
*PONNIYIN SELVAN - read one of the greatest tamil novel (i will write about this later)
*Then What!!! Listing these incidents.
*Dec 31 - Going to take an Oath to Quit drinking, after drinking my last drink in 2009.

Sorry for The Break

HI everyone,
Sorry for this long break. As i had some megasize bun experience in office a month ago, i restricted myself to not write blog in office hours. So i couldn't get enough time to write blog in other time. It is difficult to remember what are all the things i did in the past one and a half months, but i tried to remember and write here.
Prayanam:
It is a telugu movie i saw a month ago. It is a real surprise telugu movie without heroism, punch dialogues and an always shouting villian etc etc.. It is just a guy fell in love with a girl at first sight and he has only 2 hours to make her love him. And the way he made that is shown in an interesting way. The whole story takes place in an Airport. Totally just 6 peoples were from telugu film industry in the movie. Brahmmanandam comedy is the highlight of the movie. I became a fan of him after watching this movie. Altogether a good time pass movie.

Prison Break:
It took my one week time completely. This serial contains 4 seasons, totally 81 episodes each 45 minutes. You can't stop watching only one episode at a time. The curiosity will pull you to watch the next one and the next and go on. Daily i watched 6 or 7 episodes on weekdays. You won't believe one thing that on one friday i watched 20 episodes continuosly from Friday morning 10:00 Am to Saturday morning 3:00 Am.Any how i managed to complete the whole serial on sunday. Otherwise i would have put a leave for office on monday to complete it. Even many people scolded me that i'll become mad after watching these movies n serials. After watching this serial, i didn't touch my laptop for 3 days.

2 States:
Chetan Bhagat's new book released and i heard it is good. So i lend a book from my colleague and planned to finish in one day. I started the book at evening 6 'O' clock. It was very interesting. That day was India vs Australia 5th ODI also. For the first time in my life, i prayed God that Sachin should get out earlier, so that i can continue the book without any distraction. But as usual God didn't listen to my prayer and Sachin's scoring rate keep on increasing and my reading rate keep on decreasing. At one point i closed the book and decided to continue after India wins. Oh!! but India loses despite Sachin's 175. It is 12 'o' clock now. I again started reading the book and completed it at 3:40 AM. The book was very good, though the main story resembled tamil films Jodi and Poovellam Ketupaar. I liked many dialogues in the book especially "The word 'future' and female are very dangerous combination".

And i watched movies such as Monsters Inc, Raging Bull,Scarface etc. i'll write about those movies later. Bye for now.

First Movie in Laptop

Hi all, Yesterday, after a long confusion in selecting a movie, I decided to watch 'Alexander'. I think many would have watched this movie. So bear with me if my view is different from yours. Since childhood, whenever we study or hear about him, we called him as 'Alexander, The Great'. But why the movie depicting his life has only 'Alexander' as title? Didn't they want to show his greatness in the movie?. I think so. The film mainly shows Alexander's sufferings. The big disappointment came in the starting of the movie itself. That is Angelina Jolie is doing Alexander's mother role :(. It is better if u knew about Greek Mythology,Aristotle etc. before watching this movie or atleast about 'Achilles'. Becoz they speak more about them than Alexander. But i won't say this is a bad film. It depicts that Alexander treats every country men equally, which was the major cause of the dispute arisen between him and his friends. He even married a barbarian girl who are considered as lower race compared to Macedonians. And it shows his deep friendship with Hephaistion (though many scenes are confusing about their relationship).I got surprised at one scene where they came to India and kill the monkeys thinking that they are tribal peoples. At last they will get convinced that it's an animal. In climax he dies while returning to home after 7 yrs.I think they r telling that if u want glory u have to die at younger age (or) glory is important than living long life. Got confused???.. Me too:).

New Laptop

Hi All,

Finally i bought a new laptop(Sony Vaio) with 160GB Harddisk and an external harddisk of 320 GB. Most of the disk space are filled with movies and I'm gonna start watching countless movies after a long time since my college days. I'll update everyday with the movies I see, their reviews and my bun experiences in office. Bye for today...
